The Capability Assessment
and Development Programme (CA&D)

Leadership capability assessments of the Top 200/100/50/25 leaders in multi-national and national organisations are undertaken. Why? To assess executives’ capability to effect their companies’ strategies and their individual capabilities relative to their specific roles – as well as identify candidates with potential for upward mobility. Feedback is given to CEOs, EVPs and Boards of Directors.

  • a Top 200/100/50/25 capability study has been commissioned consequent to a new strategic direction;
  • a merger or acquisition has been undertaken;
  • a hostile takeover is in progress;
  • succession planning is required premised upon objective data;
  • there is a focus on performance development in uplifting the performance of key executives and thus the overall performance of the corporation;
  • a focus on Talent Management in ensuring a Leadership Pipeline is created, mastered and developed for its future.

To produce an under-strength CEO bench and/or to appoint an unsuitable candidate is nothing short of stupidity, worse still, heinous.
